Actually, the phenomenon is even more profound. All that is necessary is the upper half of each letter, in order to be decoded!
While I can't duplicate this as text, it is possible to reproduce as an image, or, in the minds eye, if one remembers poorly inked typewriter (ask your parents what that is) print.
