Old New Orleans Is Dead; Long Live Newer Orleans!

by Victor Om Shanti

Old New Orleans Is Dead. Bury It. Long Live Newer Orleans!
Thousands are already dead. Thousands are dying in the street,
televised, but sanitized, right in front of our eyes.

It is time for the President of the United States, and the
Republican Party, to immediately and ostentatiously rescue
all, and significantly, the predominantly African-American
citizens of New Orleans.

Moving forward, it is incumbent upon the same agencies to
re-educate the population, which has embraced the failed
policies of the Demi-Commie Party, and its socialist
fellow travelers, while they simultaneously, re-build
Old New Orleans into Newer Orleans.

for these reasons, I submit the following letter:

Dear Mr. President,

I have had the deepest faith in your administration, that of your father, and the platforms of the Republican Party. I believe that you are a compassionate man, who must deeply feel the pain of American citizens suffering after the ravages of Hurricane Katrina, whether trapped in New Orleans, in particular, or, throughout the Gulf States.

Perhaps you, as I, are not fully surprised by the fact of the desperation of those who primarily chose not to leave New Orleans prior to the hurricane, or were not able for a variety of reasons to voluntarily leave, or at worst, voluntarily, chose to stay behind, in order to render humanitarian aid, to the less fortunate.

It is the stuff of Hollywood legend that at the moment before the last moment of peril, the U.S. Calvary rides over the horizon, to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. Mr. President, as commander-in-chief of the most massive military force in the history of the world, can you not order some portion of our Air Calvary into New Orleans to protect and rescue our fellow citizens.

I understand and support the reasons why the Louisiana National Guard's 256th Enhanced Separate Brigade, is now deployed in Iraq. However, I learned on the website of the Army National Guard the primary mission of the enhanced separate brigade (eSB), according to http://www.arng.army.mil/about_us/organization/esb.asp ) is to deploy on short notice and destroy, capture, or repel enemy forces, using maneuver and shock effect. Armored and mechanized brigades are organized to fight successful engagements in conventional and various operations other than war (OOTW) activities.

The Big Easy, in chaos, with random gunfire blocking evacuation by air, and arson blocking evacuation by bus, would seem to succinctly define an OOTW.

If at this time, the 3,700 soldiers of the Louisiana National Guard's 256th Enhanced Separate Brigade cannot, immediately, return to their base in Lafayette, La., can you not nationalize, if necessary, and send another eSB Guard unit from another
state into New Orleans?

When times were bleak for the British Expeditionary Forces trapped on the beaches of Dunkirk, the ordinary British citizen, led by Winston Churchill, directed everything that could float to rescue that beleaguered force despite immense danger to the rescuers.

Now is an opportunity for you, as leader of this great republic and the glorious Republican Party, to support ordinary American citizens, who given focusing directions, would mount no less effort to rescue the thousands of our countrymen
trapped in small enclaves on roofs and terraces, on higher segments of Interstate-10, within the cafeterias and dorms of hospitals, and colleges, all over Old New Orleans.

It is patently clear that despite happy talk of help is on the way and that the Astrodome is sufficiently large enough to serve as a temporary shelter for the displaced, neither is, de facto, true.

For those persons not able to be sheltered in the Astrodome, can you not, in conjunction with the BRAC committee, open some abandoned military housing to the refugees?

It is unbearable to me to listen to that poverty pimp Al Sharpton mangle, not just mix, his metaphors when he combines Pharaoh, Rome and Crawford, TX in the same sentence. Yet, his message of rebuke to what he defines as parental surrogates
who have abandoned their children, which is consistent with the disastrous program the Democrat Party, and he, promised to sweltering masses of Amafricans, will resonate with segments of that already deluded population.

While, Mr. President, it will resonate, that fact, is insufficient reason to write off this segment of our citizens, especially, when it is well known that we, as a nation, are going to great lengths to spend taxes to save members of the Ba'ath Party.

You can expect, domestically, that in more venomous form, that message of purported abandonment will be joined with, by other demagogic minded opinion makers, encouragement towards African-American separatism, politically, and adherence to forms of Islam, religiously, if a lavishly ostentatious rescue effort is not taken by the United States of America, and the Republican Party. To do less, will play into the hands of those who seek to destroy the nation and party, domestically and internationally. I, for one, do not want to live under the terror of an era dominated by the fallacious politics of a Black Panther Party fueled by Al-Queda type religious fervor.

You can expect, internationally, socialist, islamo-fascist, and other segments of anti-democratic elements will dramatize the unescapable visuals that almost universally our citizens at the point of death, and beyond, are citizens of darker
pigment.

In order to plant a lotus blossom in the muck that is the current situation, the opportunity presents itself for an education program that can concretely illuminate how the illusory ideal of Demi-commie socialist agenda embraced in large extent by the Amafrican population for more than two generations, has, and will continue, to result in massive economic enslavement, loss of personal initiative, and ultimately death, when not to be unexpected damage occurs to customary infrastructure.

It needs to be stated and brow-beaten, if necessary, into the heads of the lumpen proletariat that it is not racism that led to death situation, but institutional political error that created the situation. Many documented segments can be
gleaned from news footage of countless white rescuers remaining in the maelstrom to render comfort, to whatever extent within their ability, to Amafrican citizens. In the same vein, white citizens, some tourist to the area, completely surrounded by a sea of Black humanity, can be seen to be attended to, and protected by, nearby Amafrican citizens.

Danny Haster, prior to coming to his political senses, said he did not want to rebuild New Orleans. I am totally opposed to that extreme suggestion. I believe that Old New Orleans should, not only be rebuilt, but be rebuilt as one of the largest public works projects in the history of the world. To be specific, I think that the impossible to reclamation chemical soup filling the streets of New Orleans should be drained away by building a series of pumps connected to pipes which will then fill vast salt caverns located in the Gulf region. Additionally, that fluid which can, should be allowed to evaporate, in situ.

Following that first step. I propose that rail lines from all points of the continental United States and water bourne traffic from all points of the globe should be directed to Old New Orleans with fill material, until the superbowl that
is currently Old New Orleans, is filled to a level several yards above sea level.

Currently, the refugees of New Orleans have no homes, no jobs, no hope. Many aspects of those problems can be solved, if rather than exclusively using heavy equipment to fill the bowl of Old New Orleans, human labor is used to complement equipment.

Mr. President, can you release, from our naval mothball fleet, sufficient aircraft carriers, especially if obsolete for war-fighting, to serve as housing platforms parked on the Mississippi River. It would help, if in addition to the aircraft carriers, at least one hospital ship remained on station.

Following the filling, and reconstruction, those who worked on the public works project should then be given sweat equity in the new homes to come.

It should be, then, possible to resurrect Old New Orleans as Newer Orleans.

La Nouvelle-Orléans n'est plus; Vive Orleans-Plus Nouvelle!
